Henry Lonski is the Managing Director of Lonski and Associates LLC. With nearly 20 years of progressive and successful experiences in Marine and Powersports Industries, Lonski has a unique perspective and understanding of recreational industry operations. His expertise in consulting and recruiting services is focused on start-up, sales growth, network expansion and leadership of emerging and established companies. Lonski has held high-level positions with United Motors USA, Vento Motorcycles USA, Auction123.com Corporation, and Bombardier Inc.M
His services include but are not limited to worldwide business development, sales, advertising, marketing, staffing, general management, product development, and P&L accountability, with the ongoing dynamics between manufacturers, supply chain, dealer networks and the consumer relationship.
Adam Wilke, formerly with CNI Recruiting, Florida Today a Gannett Media Company, Journal Communications, Cars.com, and CarSoup.com, has a primary focus of working on retained and contingency searches for industry clients in the Marine, Powersports, Automotive, and Outdoor Recreation Industries, including information technology, technology systems, and network development, OEM sales and operations management, retail dealer operations, support and related categories.
Adam Wilke’s professional experience within these industries is cross-functional; including recruiting information technology management and technology support staff, online marketing staff and marketing, and overseeing operations, project management. Adam’s passion for the industry categories and unique understanding of SEO, social media, software development and integration, coupled with his extensive industry business development experience, will provide clients, candidates and companies absolute trust in Wilke’s ability to consistently deliver only the best industry talent.
Rollin Karoll, former Spectro Oils Sales & Marketing Vice President, is a valuable member of our firm’s distinguished team roster.
A 10-year Powersports executive with thirty years in management, Karoll has held key roles in marketing, sales, service, parts and inventory positions with Spectro Oils of America, Mustang Seats, Comcast and IKON. Rollin is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast with more than 100,000 miles logged and an accomplished builder and restorer of custom and vintage motorcycles.
Mike Osell, a native of the Milwaukee, WI area, spent 24 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he is best known for playing an instrumental role in the development, launch, and management of Harley-Davidson’s Authorized Rentals and Tours business, most recently serving as the Rental Program Lead. Osell also has extensive dealer relations experience, having spent 10 years in a field role as a Regional Manager, and managing a team of Rider Services Regional Managers.
Mike brings years of OEM experience, dealer operations/relations experience and many industry network connections. In addition to his motorcycle industry experience, Mike is also a fan of the marine industry and has owned and enjoyed boats his entire adult life. Mike has a significant mix of experience, skills, and enthusiasm that will benefit the Lonski agency, candidates and our clients.
Sam Chalk is the former multi-line dealer principal and KTM sales executive and a proud member of our distinguished team roster.
A native of North Carolina, Chalk’s diverse industry experience includes a 17-year tenure with KTM North America, Inc., as the Mid-Atlantic RSM and over ten years as the owner, dealer principal and GM for a large four-line powersports dealership in the Southeast. Most recently, Sam enjoyed two years as MSXI-BMW aftersales business manager, coach, and consultant. A former racing competitor, Sam still pursues his lifelong passion for off-road riding.
Tom Cassidy, Jr., of Lonski and Associates, LLC, is a part of the elite team of Powersports industry recruiters.
A former sales executive with Mercury Marine, Tom has a diverse background. The majority of his career was spent managing and developing strategic OEM accounts, cultivating dealer relationships and developing marketing solutions. With a passion for boating that began in his childhood, Tom observed his father’s successful marine industry recruiting career (Tom Cassidy, Sr. of Cassidy & Associates) to learn how to develop his own strategies and sales tactics.
Johnson’s Powersports experience began working in motorcycle shops while going to college. He went on to hold a variety of key senior executive roles in Motorcycle, ATV, Personal Watercraft, Snowmobile, Outdoor, Automotive, and Off-Road enthusiast and business communication, media, and event businesses. He served most recently as a partner at the iconic custom aftermarket PR agency, V-Twin Marketing and as Director of Sales and Business Development Director for ConvExx, a B2B and B2C Trade and Consumer show production company.
Johnson is a true enthusiast that understands how to turn passion and enthusiasm into opportunity. His unique industry background allows him to find new and creative solutions that will be extremely helpful in his new role.
Paul Nuccio, former Harley-Davidson Rider Services Regional Manager, is a distinguished member of Lonski and Associates, LLC’s team roster.
A native of Chicago, Nuccio was recruited by the Motor Company in 2000 to help develop the successful Harley-Davidson Rider’s Edge Academy of Motorcycling (now Harley-Davidson Riding Academy), training and managing the programs with dealers across the country. After five years of developing Riders Edge dealer personnel and assisting with the experiential marketing, he was promoted to Dealer Operations, where he recruited dealers for both the Rider’s Edge and, later, the Harley-Davidson Authorized Rentals programs. Besides the continued domestic dealer management, Nuccio developed dealer interest in Canada and the Pacific Rim, while simultaneously seeking possible markets for Rider Services in Europe, India, and the Middle East.
Nuccio has been a certified Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Instructor / RiderCoach since 1998. And despite working for the historic manufacturer of big twin motorcycles, he takes his metric sports bikes to track days.
Doug Sexton, one of our elite Powersports Industry Recruiters, brings a wealth of more than 25 years of experience dating back to the early 90s when he entered the business with Outboard Marine Corporation. Throughout his time in the industry, he successfully worked with thousands of Marine Dealers throughout the world while serving in progressively more impactful roles with several manufacturers within the industry.
OEMs, aftermarket companies, distributors and dealerships continue to grow this year. 2018 has exceeded our expectations and the prospects for continued growth for the balance of the year and looking forward are solid. Wendy Hord, from Columbus, OH, is part of our growing team. Her experience in recreational and commercial marine manufacturers, OEM, and retail dealerships help manage the growing demand at Lonski and Associates, LLC.
Wendy’s background includes experience in industries such as retail operations and aviation. From these experiences, she has acquired extensive knowledge in recruiting and HR processes. Her diverse talent and drive to succeed bring a comprehensive approach to productively serving our industry clients.
