Henry Lonski is the Founder/President of Lonski and Associates, LLC. With over 30 years of progressive and successful experiences in Marine, Motorcycle and Powersports Industries, Henry has a unique perspective and understanding of recreational industry operations. His expertise in consulting and recruiting services is focused on start-up, sales growth, network expansion and leadership of emerging and established companies. Henry’s resume includes a variety of notable key roles such as President of Bombardier Marine, Vice-President Sea Doo, Vice-President Bombardier International, Vice-President Bombardier Flex Jet, Vice-President Bombardier Evinrude & Johnson, Vice-President of Bombardier Recreational Products, President of Auction123/eBay Motors, as well as other senior executive positions. These distinguished positions within emerging companies allowed him to develop a solid and unique skill set. Dating back to 2012, Adam Wilke has played an instrumental and very successful role in building the Automotive, Powersports and Harley-Davidson Dealership recruiting side of the business at Lonski and Associates, LLC.
In addition to his dealership focus, Wilke’s experience has proven to be cross-functional with placements across multiple industry related segments including ad agency, marketing, e-commerce, parts & accessories, aftermarket, technology, OEM sales & operations management and other related categories.
Most notably, Wilke’s specialization with the Harley-Davidson brand has allowed him to be recognized nationwide as the preeminent Harley Dealership headhunter. Adam’s reputation as an industry expert and extensive referral network provides his clients absolute trust in his ability to consistently deliver only the best talent.
Joining Lonski and Associates, LLC, in January 2014, Karoll adds significant value and industry experience to our distinguished team roster. Rollin specializes in OEM and large aftermarket manufacturer accounts with a focus on sales, marketing, engineering, and financial positions.
A 10-year Powersports executive with 30 years in management, Karoll has held key roles in marketing, sales, service, parts and inventory positions with Spectro Oils of America, Mustang Seats, Comcast and IKON. Rollin is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast with more than 100,000 miles logged and an accomplished builder and restorer of custom and vintage motorcycles.
Prior to joining the Lonski and Associates, LLC, in 2016, Osell spent 24 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he worked extensively with customer experience, marketing, and sales programs and is best known for playing an instrumental role in Harley-Davidson’s Motorcycle rental business. Mike brings significant OEM experience, extensive field, and dealer relations experience, and many industry connections that he employs to the benefit of our clients and candidates.
Mike Osell, a native of the Milwaukee, WI area, brings over 25 years of motorcycle industry experience to the team. Mike serves a broad set of progressive Powersports/Motorcycle Industry clients across the United States.
Sam, a native of North Carolina, has diverse industry experience including a 17-year tenure with KTM North America, Inc., as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager and over ten years as the Owner, Dealer Principal and GM for a large four-line Powersports dealership in the Southeast. Before joining the Lonski and Associates, LLC, team, Sam enjoyed two years as MSXI-BMW Aftersales Business Manager, Coach, and Consultant. A former racing competitor, Sam still pursues his lifelong passion for off-road riding.
Tom Cassidy, Jr., joined the Lonski and Associates, LLC, team back in 2015 to enhance the Lonski marine portfolio.
A former sales executive with Mercury Marine, Tom has a diverse background. The majority of his career was spent managing and developing strategic Brunswick/Mercury and Dowco Industries OEM accounts, cultivating dealer relationships and developing marketing solutions.
Tom’s passion for boating began during his childhood. He also enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, ice hockey, exercise, grilling, and reading.
Johnson is an expert in finding the right person for any critical job opening. He spent most of his career working in the Powersports and Motorsports industry. Gaining diverse experience in the industry, Skip worked in many roles at major motorcycle dealers including Parts Manager, F&I manager, Sales Manager and General Manager, all while attending college. Expanding his experience, he transitioned into the motorcycle and enthusiast media business where he set records selling advertising, creating circulation development programs and event attendee promotions in senior executive management roles for national publishers and event producers. He also spent time working for a major Powersports OEM and served as a partner at the iconic custom aftermarket PR agency, V-Twin Marketing, and as Director of Sales and Business Development Director for ConvExx, a B2B and B2C Trade and Consumer Show Production Company.
Johnson is a true enthusiast that understands how to turn passion and enthusiasm into opportunity. His unique industry background gives him an understanding of how passion compliments and energizes skills and experience and knows when those traits are transferable from market to market. This unique perspective helps him deliver new and creative solutions in his role as a Powersports and outdoor enthusiast recruiter. In addition to understanding what motivates enthusiasts working in the market, he understands the needs of the companies he represents as someone that has been in the position of making critical hires that helped firms deliver their business and financial goals.
Doug Sexton is one of our elite Powersports Industry Recruiters and is focused on the Marine Industry, Recreational and Commercial clients. Doug Sexton brings a wealth of more than 25 years of marine experience dating back to the early 90s when he entered the business with Outboard Marine Corporation. Throughout his time in the industry, he successfully worked with thousands of marine dealers, iconic boat manufactures and significant marine aftermarket companies throughout the world while serving in progressively more impactful roles with several manufacturers within the industry.
Relationships with marine OEMs, aftermarket companies, distributors and dealerships are Doug Sexton’s specialty. As the marine industry maintains extensive growth, Doug Sexton continues to exceed client expectations and it’s need for exciting new talent.
Brandon has an extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson and Powersports retail operations acquired through his diverse working background. His experience includes a unique mix of hands-on retail dealerships, both Metric and Harley Davidson, allowing him to understand the hiring needs of our clients and match them with the highest caliber candidates in the industry.
A native of Michigan, Brandon’s industry experience began with certification training at the Orlando, Florida, campus of the Universal Technical Institute – Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) division. After graduation, he spent time as a technician for multi-line Metric Powersports dealers and eventually made the transition to sales and sales management in the RideNow group of dealers. Brandon has since excelled as a Finance/Business Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager for Harley-Davidson dealers in Colorado and Michigan. Brandon has a true passion for the industry and understands the positive difference a passionate employee can make in a dealership.
